Vessel will be capable of installing the NATO Submarine Rescue System (NSRS) and Submarine Rescue Diving Recompression System (SRDRS) (though not simultaneously), which are used for submarine rescue. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery will be Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The layday commences and cancels on 18 February 2025. The Period of performance will be 183 days with one 182-day option period. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service.
