The requirement is for one voyage. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of departure is Naval Base San Diego (USA), pier location to be determined; and the place/range of destination is Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan, pier location to be determined. Vessel will be available for tow rigging on 02 January 2025. Required departure date from Naval Base San Diego (USA) is no later than 10 January 2025. Delivery of YRBM-57 to place of destination Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan. Set-aside Status: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The decision to release this solicitation as a Total Small Business Set-aside is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service.
