Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 597 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. The Vessels laden speed shall be 13 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal Concord, CA (USA). The laydays commence/cancel 09 December 2024. The period of performance will be 93 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service.
