Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 800 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. The intended Hazardous Material, without guarantee, is Hazard Class 1 material, Divisions 1.1D through 1.4S, and Hazard Class 4 material, Division 4.2G. The container has an average weight of 30,000 lbs and a maximum container weight of 40,000 lbs. The maximum length of the vessel overall shall not to exceed 825 ft./251.4m, the laden draft shall not exceed 33.8 ft./10.3m, and the minimum laden speed shall be 13 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The laydays commence 02 February 2025 and cancel 02 March 2025, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 90 days, with three 90-day options. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration’s Procurement Center Representative concurred with this decision.
