This is the official request for proposal for Military Sealift Command (MSC) requirement for the Mooring and Towing Lines, Wire Rope, Slings, Pendants, and Fittings for MSC assets worldwide to support operation and maintain fleet readiness. The Government is contracting for products, in addition to availability and delivery of these products to government warehouses located within the continental United States and all other locations within proximity to the afloat asset within the time constraints defined by this Contract. The Contractor shall provide products for MSC and United States Ship (USS) Navy ships and any other Government-owned or Government-chartered ships designated by MSC.
