Military Sealift Command requires Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) propeller replacement parts onboard the T-AO 187 USNS Lenthall, USNS Patuxent and USNS Grumman. The Government intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis to Rolls Royce Marine North America, Inc. In accordance with the policies and procedures of FAR 6.302-1; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
