The Government requires a broad range of parts and services of original equipment manufacturers (OEM), original equipment manufacturers authorized, and MSC approved non-OEM equivalent distributors/parts providers/service technicians to maintain diesel engines contained within multiple Military Sealift Command (MSC) classes of ships. MSC intends to award a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Place of performance is worldwide. This amended solicitation provides an updated PWS, questions and answers, and new deadline. This second amended solicitation provides an updated deadline. This third amended solicitation provides an updated deadline. This fourth amended solicitation provides: 1) an updated PWS, specifically section 15; 2) Amended Exhibit C - removing all DPAS language and associated provision and clause; 3) Revising number 14 in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation document.
