Military Sealift Command (MSC) has an immediate requirement for the servicing and maintenance of an installed and accredited SCIF Intrusion Detection System, which meets Underwriters Laboratories (UL-2050) standards to support a secure enclave within MSC Headquarters (HQ) Norfolk, VA, with the exception of fiber-optic connectivity to the police dispatch center at Navy Base Norfolk. The purpose of the MSC HQ IDS is to provide an accredited Access Control System IDS. IDSs will comply with basic requirements contained in References (a) and (b) unless otherwise approved by Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Counterintelligence and Security Office (DAC).
