To enhance the vessel?s maintenance status, the vessel will enter a long-term lay berth, maintenance, and overhaul period. The contractor shall provide facilities, services, labor and materials to provide berthing, preventive maintenance industrial assistance, planning, material procurement and execution of a maintenance and repair availability as detailed herein. Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be US East, Gulf or West Coast. MSC will retain a limited crew (Engineering and/or Deck officer(s)) comprising of the SMT. AMENDMENT 0001 revises WIs 0502 and 0969 and incorporates RFCs 1-13. AMENDMENT 0002 revises WIs 0011, 0021, 0161, 0310, 0434, 0504, and 611, and incorporates RFCs 14-20, 22-30, and 32-34. AMENDMENT 0003 revises WI 0311, removes WI 0455, and incorporates RFCs 21, 31, and 35-45. AMENDMENT 0004 removes WI 0514, revises Section C, incorporates RFCs 47-55, and extends solicitation closing date to November 20, 2024. AMENDMENT 0005 incorporates RFCs 46 and 56.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
