Description: This requirement is for U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining Lift-On/Lift-Off (LO/LO), breakbulk vessel(s) (multiple awards up to two vessels or until the needs of the government have been met) each capable of carrying a minimum of 750 TEU’s and an additional 25,000 square feet of cargo space. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Port Hueneme, CA (USA). The laydays for the first charter commence 19 December and cancel 20 December 2024. The laydays for the second charter commence 03 January and cancel 04 January 2025. Offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 85 days for each chartered vessel. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A; Unrestricted. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration’s Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
