Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the South China Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Singapore, Singapore); and the place/ range of redelivery is the Gulf of Oman, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: Intentions Fujairah, UAE). The laydays commence 20 September and cancel 21 September 2024, and the period of performance will be 40 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
