Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific/Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: GS Caltex - Yeosu, Korea); and the place/ range of redelivery is the Western Pacific/Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: DFSP Akasaki/Sasebo, Japan). The laydays commence 02 September and cancel 03 September 2024, and the period of performance will be 36 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
