The anticipated period of performance is 04 November 2024 to 17 January 2025. The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor’s facility. Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be CONUS. In the case of noncompetitive contract actions (including those that do not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold), identify the intended source and insert a statement of the reason justifying the lack of competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The USNS YUKON has an overall length of 678 FT, a breadth of 98 FT, and a draft of 36 FT. Work is to be performed at the Contractor’s facility on or about the above mentioned dates. Area of consideration is CONUS (East/Gulf/West Coast). The estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about 23 August 2024. This document shall address, at a minimum the following: (1) Company Profile to include number of employees, office location(s), DUNS number, CAGE Code and a statement regarding small business designation and status; (2) The facility where the work will be performed; (3) Partnership, teaming, joint ventures, or mentor-protégé agreements with any large businesses. Submission of a capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Government in tailoring requirement to be consistent with industry.
