Place of Contract Performance: The load port/place is Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), CA (USA); Available Load Date (ALD): 09 September 2024; and the discharge port/place is Valdez, AK (USA); Earliest Arrival Date (EAD) 17 September 2024 and Latest Arrival Date (LAD)18 September 2024. The layday will be a two-day window, to be indicated by Offerors, such that the ALD in MOTCO, CA and the EAD and LAD in Valdez, AK are met. The period of performance is one voyage. 18.
