This notice is issued by Military Sealift Command (MSC) to post a draft solicitation to solicit feedback on the performance work statement, contract structure, and evaluation criteria from interested parties. This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to ask questions or clarifications about the requirement, as well as promote competition. This is not an official request for proposal and no proposals are being requested at this time. This draft solicitation is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information submitted in response. If a solicitation is released, then it and any additional documents will be available on SAM.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any. Responses are due no later than 13 March 2024 at 3:00PM EST.
