Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions DFSP Hakozaki / Yokohama, Japan); and the place/ range of redelivery is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions DFSP Hakozaki / Yokohama, Japan). The laydays commence 05 July and cancel 06 July 2024, and the period of performance will be 60 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
