Description: Defense Logistics Agency-Energy requires one, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 35,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JPTS) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. 17. The intended loading port/place is Texas City, Texas (BWC-NUSTAR Terminal, Dock 15) and the intended discharging port/ place is Killingholme, U.K. (SKJ Terminal). The laydays commence 01 July 2024 and cancel 13 July 2024, and the period of performance will be one voyage. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
