Description: One, U.S. or foreign flag, ice class, self-sustaining, lift-on/lift-off, breakbulk vessel to support re-supply and return of retrograde cargo operations at Pituffik Space Base, Pituffik, Greenland. Vessel shall have a minimum capacity of 168 TEUs with a minimum of 10 electrical outlets for refrigerated containers (reefer plugs) and 125,000 cubic feet of below-deck breakbulk capacity. The minimum laden speed shall be 15 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA, (USA), with no coastwise movements.
