Description: One, U.S. or foreign flag, roll-on/roll-off vessel, capable of carrying a portion of 345,378 square feet/29K short tons of military cargo (wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk) from a delineated packing list. Vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 85,000 square feet of military cargo from the packing list. The vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Gdynia, Poland; and the place/range of redelivery is Corpus Christi, TX (USA). The layday commences and cancels 22 April 2024, with Owners/Offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance is 27 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration’s Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
