Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: Hakozaki, Japan); and the place/ range of redelivery is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: Sasebo, Japan). The laydays commence 08 March and cancel 09 March 204, and the period of performance will be 150 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
