Description: This requirement is for U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel(s) (up to two vessels or until government needs have been met) capable of carrying a portion of 341,120 sqft/25,500 short tons of military cargo (wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk). Each vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 85,000 sqft of military cargo and the minimum laden speed shall be 15 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Corpus Christi, TX (USA) and redelivery is Northern Europe, Range and Port in Charterers Option (Intentions are Emden, Germany; Esbjerg, Denmark; or Aarhus, Denmark.). The laydays commence 09 April and cancel 12 April 2024, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The charter period will be 23 days for each awarded charter. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
