Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 235,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP5) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal); and the intended discharging ports/places are Doraleh, Djibouti (Horizon Terminal), Diego Garcia, BIOT, and Fujairah, UAE (EPPCO/Horizon Terminal). The laydays commence 26 February and cancel 27 February 2024, and the period of performance will be one voyage. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative concurred with this decision.
