Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 150,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP5) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Jebel Ali, UAE; and the intended discharging ports/places are Salalah, Oman and Doraleh, Djibouti. Laydays commence 14 February and cancel 15 February 2024. The period of performance will be one voyage. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Associate Director of Small Business Programs concurred with this decision.
