Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying 111,513.41 square feet / 6k short tons of military cargo (wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk). The vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Beaumont, TX (USA) and redelivery is Alexandroupolis, Greece. The laydays commence 11 February 2024 and cancel 16 February 2024, with Owners/ Offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 25 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration’s Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
