Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Tanjun Bin, Malaysia (Vitol Terminal); and the intended discharging ports/places are Diego Garcia, BIOT; Fujairah, UAE (EPPCO/Horizon Terminal); and Jebel Ali, UAE. The laydays commence 11 January and cancel 13 January 2024, and the period of performance will be one voyage. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Associate Director of Small Business Programs concurred with this decision.
