Description: Defense Logistics Agency-Energy requires one, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 235,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP5) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port(s)/place(s) is St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal) and the intended discharging port(s)/place(s) are Mariana Island, Guam (USA) and Coco Guam, Guam (USA). The laydays commence 11 December and cancel 12 December 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received form a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative concurred with this decision.
