The laydays commence/cancel on 01 February 2024. Place of Contract Performance: The vessel will operate worldwide with the vessel primarily based in Virginia and operating in waters off the US East Coast and Gulf of Mexico. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Small Business Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
