Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 800 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. Vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 13 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, NC (USA). The laydays commence 14 January and cancel 14 February 2024, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 90 days, with three 90-day options. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
