This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of OEM Rolls Royce replacement parts for Military Sealift Command. The Government intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis to Rolls-Royce Marine North America Inc. in accordance with the policies and procedures of FAR 6.302-1; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
