This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends on awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Rolls-Royce Marine North America, Inc., on a sole source basis for the services referenced in the PWS. A properly approved Other than Full and Open Competition Memo is included as Attachment III. It is expected that award will be made by no later than 02 AUGUST 2024. Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires an OEM Facility to upgrade the OD box actuator to the new MOOG style valve onboard the USNS JOHN LENTHALL. See attachments for full details.
