The Government intends to solicit on a limited source basis in accordance with the policies and procedures of FAR 6.302-1 to OEM Kongsberg Maritime, Inc. and OEM authorized vendor Rolls-Royce Marine North America, Inc. only. All Offerors shall be an OEM, OEM authorized dealer, OEM authorized distributor and/or MSC DCA qualified non-OEM offeror / vendor for the proposed supplies. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. Capability statements will only be reviewed if the responsible source has also provided an OEM verification letter, OEM authorization letter, and / or non-OEM offeror / vendor verification. Please see attached Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for full details. Amendment I - Synopsis/Solicitation due date extended from 21 May 2024, 11:00AM EST to 28 May 2024, 11:00AM EST. Amendment II - Synopsis/Solicitation amended to remove/add instruction to FAR 52.212-1 (Addendum) and FAR 52.212-2 (Addendum).
