This item describes original equipment manufacturer (OEM) technical services required for a replacing the Video Management Servers VMS1, and VMS2 and upgrading to the new Ocularis system on USNS BRUNSWICK (T-EPF 6) with the version that is currently installed on EPF 13. This is a fixed price contract. The period of performance will be 12 Feb. – 11 April 2024, in Norfolk, VA. See attached solicitation for SOW.
