Notice of Intent to Consolidate and Bundle D&F for Worldwide Logistics Services In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c) and FAR 7.107-5(d), this posting provides notification of Military Sealift Command’s intent to consolidate and bundle the following contract requirements for the Worldwide Logistics Services, N3220523R4140, acquisition: N3220522C4002, Worldwide Logistics Services: Ships Lifecycle Logistics, Material Handling Equipment/Ordnance Handling Equipment (MHE/OHE), Corrective Maintenance Logistics System (CMLS), Load Management (LM), Combat Logistics Force (CLF) LM, CLF Logistics Officer (CLO) Support and Supply Chain Support. N3220522P2122, Worldwide Logistics Services: Special Materials Logistics Type Desk and New Ships Acquisition Logistics. Worldwide Logistics Services is considered a proposed consolidated and substantially bundled contract action with justifiable benefits. As such, consolidation and bundling is necessary and justified because of measurable substantial benefits to the Government through quality, schedule, cost savings, and ultimately fleet readiness.
