Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 110,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JA1) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Athens, Greece; and the intended discharging port/place is La Spezia, Italy. The laydays commence 23 September and cancel 24 September 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Director of Small Programs has concurred with this decision.
