One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign-flag, double-hull, shallow-draft tanker with segregated ballast tanks, capable of carrying a minimum of 30,000 bbls of clean, petroleum product (intentions JP5, JP8, or F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Western Pacific/Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: Hakozaki, Japan); and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific/Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: Sasebo, Japan). The laydays commence 01 September 2023, and cancel 05 September 2023. The period of performance will be 150 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision
