The vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 114,000 square feet of military cargo, and the minimum laden speed shall be 15 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Beaumont, TX (USA). The laydays commence 16 September and cancel 21 September 2023, with a charter period of 48 days.
