Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 230,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JA1) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Athens, Greece. The intended discharging ports/places are Rota, Spain; Marseille FOS-Lavera, France and La Spezia, Italy. The laydays commence 06 September and cancel 08 September 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
