Place of Contract Performance: The load port/place is Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), CA with an Available Load Date (ALD) of 28 August 2023. The discharge port/place is Valdez, AK (USA) with a Latest Arrival Date (LAD) of 06 September 2023. The layday shall be a two-day window, to be indicated by Owners/Offerors, such that the ALD in Concord, CA and LAD in Valdez, AK are met. The charter period will be one voyage. 18.
