The vessel shall be able to call at Singapore, Singapore; Subic Bay, Philippines; Sasebo, Japan; and Darwin, Australia. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Western Pacific/Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Sasebo, Japan) OR United States West Coast (Intentions San Diego, CA (USA)); and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific/Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Sasebo, Japan). The laydays in Sasebo, Japan commence 28 September and cancel 29 September 2023. The laydays in San Diego, CA (USA) commence 05 October and cancel 06 October 2023. Vessels MUST be capable of arriving in Hawaii no later than 15 October 2023, ready to load. The period of performance will be 90 days for each chartered vessel. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
