Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a portion of 415,070 square feet (34,014 short tons) of military cargo. Vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 70,000 square feet of military cargo from the packing list. Vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/ range of delivery is Gdynia, Poland and the redelivery is Corpus Christi, TX (USA). The layday commences and cancels 08 August 2023, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 25 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
