Vessel shall be able to call at Singapore, Singapore; Subic Bay, Philippines; Sasebo, Japan; and Darwin, Australia. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Western Pacific/Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Sasebo, Japan) or United States West Coast (Intentions San Diego, CA); and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific/Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Sasebo, Japan). The laydays for Sasebo, Japan commence 21 September and cancel 22 September 2023. The laydays for San Diego, CA (USA) commence 28 September and cancel 29 September 2023. The period of performance will be 90 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on a recent sources sought notice for this service.
