Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal); and the intended discharging port/place is Killingholme, UK. The laydays commence 20 July and cancel 22 July 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
