Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a portion of 408,397 square feet of military cargo. The vessel must be capable of carrying a minimum of 171,322 square feet of military cargo from the cargo list(s). Vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Charleston, South Carolina (USA); and the place/range of redelivery is Aarhus, Denmark. The layday commences and cancels 06 August 2023, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 21 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
