Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Naval Base Guam (USA), pier location to be determined; and the place/range of redelivery is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Pearl Harbor, HI. Respondents shall provide the number of days required for the entire mission. The barges are currently available and the respondents shall provide the date available to pick up at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Pearl Harbor, HI. Delivery of barge to the place of destination is required no later than 15 August 2023, at 1200 hours local time. Set-aside Status: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The decision to release this solicitation as a Total Small Business Set-aside is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
