Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign-flagged, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks, capable of carrying a minimum of 150,000 bbls of clean petroleum product (intentions JP5) within the vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece; and the intended discharging ports/places are Souda Bay, Crete and Augusta Bay, Italy. The laydays commence 01 July and cancel 03 July 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
