The vessel will serve as a training platform to facilitate compliant boarding exercises in Southeast Asia. Place of Contract Performance: The intended place/range of delivery and redelivery is Singapore or a designated anchorage in the vicinity of Singapore. The laydays commence 16 August 2022, 0800 local and cancel 16 August 2022, 1600 local; the charter period will be 11 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
