Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 58,900 square feet (3,303 STONS) of military cargo including approximately 30 TEU of ammunition while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT segregation & compatibility requirements. Vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of13 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Agadir, Morocco and the redelivery is Jacksonville, FL (USA). The laydays commence 06 July 2023, with owners/offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 24 days for the awarded charter. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
