Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 550 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. Intended Hazardous Material (without Guarantee). Hazard Class 1 material, Divisions 1.1 through 1.4S; Hazard Class 6 material, Division 6.1; and Hazard Class 9 material, 9S. The vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 13 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal Concord, CA (USA). The laydays commence 04 June and cancel 09 June 2023, with Owners/ Offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 61 days for the awarded charter. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
