Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 46,073 square feet (2,900 short tons) of military cargo (helicopters, wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk), including 30 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. Vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 13 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Jacksonville, FL (USA) and the place/range of redelivery is Agadir, Morocco. The laydays commence 20 April 2023, with owners/ offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 25 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
