Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Algeciras, Spain; and the intended discharging port/place is Rota, Spain. The laydays commence 20 April and cancel 22 April 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service.
